Keto Garlic Cheesy Bread:
In my opinion this best pairs with a chicken breast pizza or a portobello mushroom pizza. Basically anything you would normally eat with garlic or cheesy bread.
You’ll want to prep some keto pizza sauce or keto ranch dressing to dip these delightful garlic bread substitutes in because everything is better dipped!
Keto Garlic Bread Ingredients:
Makes 16 servings
2 Net carbs/serving
- 3 C. Riced cauliflower
- 1 1/2 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave for 10 minutes.
- Put the heated cauliflower rice into a mixing bowl, and combine with the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt to taste and parsley, stir to combine.
- Mix the eggs into the cauliflower mixture, and let sit for a few minutes.
- Layer the cauliflower mixture into an even rectangular layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make it as thick as you would like your breadsticks to be when cooked.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Layer the cheddar cheese and some parmesan cheese for garnish on top of the mixture, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Slice into 16 even breadstick strips, and serve with a keto marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
