  • 4 C. Pecan halves
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. Place the egg white and the vanilla into a mixing bowl, and beat until a foam begins to form on the surface of the liquid.
  3. Mix the Swerve sugar substitute with the cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside.
  4. Toss the pecan halves well in the egg-white mixture until they are thoroughly coated.
  5. Add the sugar mixture to the mixing bowl with the pecans, and toss to coat.
  6. Place the coated pecans in a single layer on a well-greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
