Keto Sweet Pecan Tuna Salad is one of my favorite high-fat, low-carb recipes for lunch or dinner.
With tuna, pecans, and red seedless grapes, this is also a kid-friendly keto school lunch option.

It’s 2016, can you believe it?
The older I get, the faster the year seems to fly by.
2016 is sure to be an exciting year around our house because, for the first time since I started this keto journey, my whole family is joining me for more than just a test run.
My entire family tried to go keto just before Summer vacation, but my husband wasn’t ready.
To be honest, I wasn’t ready either.
I had just started learning about Keto and how it works, so I wasn’t prepared for the obstacles that came my way.
Now after almost a year of research and meal planning, I feel like I am finally ready to provide my entire family with everything they need to be successful on the keto diet.
I’ve also managed to convert several family members and friends.
Not that I was trying, but results speak loudly, and they were all believers after seeing my long-term success.
I love it when I find recipes that my children love because this lifestyle is so much easier when everyone is happy with what they are eating.
They won’t always like the recipes, but I don’t want them to be miserable, either.
