Keto Garlic Herb Biscuits Ingredients:

Makes 8 keto garlic herb biscuits
4 Net carbs/serving

1 1/4 C. Almond flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 Eggs beaten
3 Tbsp. Butter softened
1/2 C. Sour cream
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Fresh chopped chives
1 Tbsp. Fresh chopped rosemary

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Beat on high until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
3. Let the mixture sit for several minutes to allow the almond flour to absorb some moisture.
4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the batter into each cup of a well-greased cupcake tin. This recipe will fill 8 cups of a standard cupcake tin about 1/2 of the way full.
5. Bake the garlic herb biscuits for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
