This Keto Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Food Lion. All opinions are 100% mine.
This recipe is like Heaven in a bowl. Okay, that may be a bit of a stretch, but it is SO good!
Today I’m sharing a new favorite recipe of mine that I made after I discovered sugar-free syrup at Food Lion.
I normally have to order specialty items online, but when I found this syrup, I knew I had hit the jackpot!
Lately, I have been all about specialty coffees made in the comfort of my own home, but that’s not what I’m sharing today.
Today I’m sharing a simple recipe that is one of my new favorite sweet snacks!
Today I can help you get over the worst of your chocolate cravings, and it’s SO good for you! You’re welcome!
If you don’t already shop at Food Lion, you should stop by and sign up for the Shop & Earn program.
It’s easy to sign up online or on the app and even easier to earn and save.
I do my shopping like I normally would, and Food Lion shows me in my account how much I’ve earned.
Once I complete a reward, the money I earn is automatically redeemed the next time I shop!
I love coupons, but these rewards are awesome because I don’t have to buy certain things; I only need to spend money in certain store areas (where I’m already spending money).
You can download the app to keep track of your savings and load coupons onto your MVP card.
I usually save at least $30 each month without even trying. I need to get better at using those coupons!
Thankfully even without remembering my coupons for this shopping trip, I redeemed $3 that I earned last month.
Keto Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe:
This recipe is easy to make and is perfect for a crowd (if you make enough), but I recommend making this before you need it so you can let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour before you eat it!
It tastes best when it’s cold.
Keto Avocado Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:
1 1/2 Ripe Avocados
1/2 cup of Original Almond Milk
4-6 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
4-6 Tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
How to Make Keto Avocado Chocolate Pudding:
Recipe Tip: For a lighter chocolate flavor, use less cocoa powder and syrup.
The more cocoa you use, the stronger it will taste.
My kids say less is more, but I like it super chocolatey.
Add all ingredients to a bullet, blender, or food processor and mix until well combined (it will be thick).
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour and serve chilled with a glass of almond milk!
Bodybuilding Tip: Add protein powder to this recipe to make a killer post-workout treat!

I would say 1-2 days. We go through food pretty quickly here, but I would imagine with the avocado it would turn pretty quickly. Thanks for stopping by!
