I have found that sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo are all great ways to get additional fat into your keto diet.

At this point, all of my recipes are still based on 20 grams of carbs per day.

Keto Creamy Beef Lettuce Wrap  Recipe: Ingredients

  • 2 Leaves Romaine Hearts
  • 2 Tbsp Full Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Medium Salsa
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 5 oz 73/27 Ground Beef

Keto Lettuce Wrap Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and do not drain grease.
  2. Add drained beef to a mixing bowl (I prefer metal bowls for meats and cheese).
  3. Heat cream cheese for 30 seconds to melt and mix with beef.
  4. Add in salsa and sour cream.
  5. Spoon beef mixture into two Romaine lettuce leaves
