4 White fish fillets
1 ½ Medium zucchini sliced
2 C. Broccoli florets
1 ½ tsp. Garlic herb seasoning
1 Tbsp. Olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the sliced zucchini and the broccoli florets into a large mixing bowl.
3. Toss the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of garlic herb seasoning.
4. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste as well as ½ teaspoon of the garlic herb seasoning.
5. Lay out 5 long pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
