Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is sure to be a family favorite.

This low-carb casserole is quick and easy to make and comes in at 5 net carbs per serving! Not bad!

Keto Cheeseburger Casserole Ingredients:

Makes 6 servings
5 Net carbs/servings

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1/2 C. Onions
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 6 Slices of bacon
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Pickle spears chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Keto Cheeseburger Casserole Directions:

1. Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove, brown the ground beef and saute the onions until tender.
3. Turn the heat down to medium, and add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chopped pickle spears, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is completely melted and combined.
4. Add the crumbled bacon to the meat mixture, and layer it in the bottom of a well-greased baking dish.
5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, eggs as well as salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the meat in the baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the mixture, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1/2 C. Onions
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 6 Slices of bacon
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Pickle spears chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    2. In a mixing bowl. combine the cream cheese, sour cream, old bay seasoning, crab meat, garlic powder, lemon juice, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine well.

    3. Place the dip mixture into one medium-sized baking dish or two small ones.

    4. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.

    5. Dip with your choice of keto-friendly items including pepper strips, celery pieces or pork rinds.
