Keto Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
3 Net carbs/serving
4 Thin cut boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Slices of deli cut cheddar cheese
4 Slices of bacon
2 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to the broil setting.
2. Season both sides of the thin cut chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of the ranch seasoning mix.
3. Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
4. Add the chicken to the heated skillet, and cook evenly on both sides until completely cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
5. While the chicken is cooking, cook the bacon in a separate skillet on the stove until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, and place it on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
6. Place the cooked chicken onto a baking sheet, and top each chicken breast with a slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of bacon that has been cut in half. Place under the broil setting in the stove until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
