I am almost, pretty, fairly certain that this will be the last pumpkin recipe I share this holiday season, but I’m not making any promises! Pumpkin flavored everything season is almost over and then peppermint everything will move in and take over.
I can’t believe how quickly that past year has flown by. January started out with a bang as we welcomed a new niece and today as I type I am longing to meet the second niece of the year for the first time. I’m done having babies, but I sure do enjoy spoiling the new ones!
Many times when we start thinking about the holidays there can be a feeling of dread. Maybe you’ve experienced that this year. Along with all the financial reasons the holidays can be a burden you may also find yourself dreading holiday parties and family dinners. Thankfully, with a little preparation you don’t have to dread this beautiful season.
So go ahead and prep some of your favorite keto recipes and get into the holiday spirit because this year you are going to keep your health in mind and you’re not going to sabotage yourself! Am I right? Come on, tell me I’m right!
I would love to hear how you prep for holiday parties and dinner. Do you invite everyone over and plan the menu? Do you take keto snacks and dishes to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner? Let me know!
