The Perfect Keto Breakfast Recipe: Family Favorite

I call this one The Perfect Keto Breakfast. It just makes every morning great! We do have lots of other low-carb breakfast recipes, but this is one of my all-time favorites.

Looking for the perfect keto breakfast? This is my favorite ketogenic diet breakfast. It includes a little of everything and is sure to please your taste buds!

This meal is one of my all-time favorites because it’s easy and customizable!

It has everything you need to start your day off right. You can never go wrong adding avocado to your plate because it is loaded with healthy fats that will fuel your body all day.

If you’ve been living this lifestyle for an extended period, you know that eggs can get SO annoying.

That’s why I love to spice them up by adding healthy fruits and veggies to the mix.

Health Tip: Never buy shredded cheese! Do you know what they put in that stuff? Well, wood pulp, for starters!

You’ll find it as cellulose and, usually, some starch. So don’t please don’t use shredded cheeses.

Just use a cheese grater and grate your own! Easy-peasy, right?

My Favorite Morning Meal:

I also like to give myself a little sugar in the morning, but it has to be natural, and it has to be a very small quantity.

I never want to set myself up to crave sugar throughout the day, so two medium strawberries seem to do the trick!

Don’t be afraid of fruit.

You don’t want to overdo it, but a little fruit, especially berries, can be “berry” beneficial!

My meat of choice for breakfast is always bacon.

I enjoy sausage and ham, but there’s just something about a hearty slice of bacon that makes me feel full for hours.

If you are trying to avoid all forms of sugar, including fruit, feel free to leave them off the menu.

It won’t be long until you reach your goals and add berries and healthy fruits to your diet.

Whatever you do, don’t give up. I know you can do this.

If you ever need someone to talk to, please get in touch with me because I would love to chat!
