If you have been living the keto lifestyle for even just a few months, chances are good you’ve tried your fair share of recipes. I know I have.

Last week when I was prepping my husband’s lunch, I decided to get creative with mine.

My husband can eat tuna salad a few times a week, and he never complains, but I have a hard time eating it more than twice a month. For some reason, after eating it once, the thought of having it again makes my stomach churn.

The only thing I really can’t resist about tuna salad is that it’s ridiculously easy to make on days when I’m strapped for time. Otherwise, I would probably never eat it.

Thankfully, I finally found a solution for myself and managed to increase the fat in my new favorite best keto tuna salad recipe!

Some days I still struggle to get all the fat I need without a fat bomb or bulletproof coffee, so this has been a lifesaver.

Remember to get creative in the kitchen because you never know when you may discover your own “new favorite” recipe!

I hate getting my hands dirty when I’m cooking. When I was working as a Pampered Chef consultant, we started selling these little can colanders.

They are great for straining all cans, but I used them for tuna more than anything.

Best Keto Tuna Salad:

I don’t enjoy cooking bacon in a frying pan because the grease always gets me. That’s why I loved learning alternative methods on how to cook bacon.

I have never liked tuna salad, but this is amazing! Very filling and tasty. I also just used a fried egg instead of the boiled egg, mostly because I was to lazy to boil the egg haha. Not a big fan of dill or mustard so I just used slightly less. I also added some smoked salmon. Seems like it took about 5 minutes to put together!

I'm not a huge boiled egg fan ( it's a texture thing for me) so I fried mine / chopped it up & put it in the freezer a couple minutes to cool it! It was great! I also used a little dill relish instead of dill.

Read and tried your recipe just now. I LOVE tuna. This was very good and will make it again. Most of my adult life tho, instead of or in conjunction with I use cream cheese to mix my tuna and salmon and then I put cheddar cheese on it as well!! So oooooo good. I am going to try it with cream cheese the next time and green onions. Thank you so much for this post...I am really enjoying it
